"Just wanted to go out of my way to leave a review to for two incredible people out of Karen Shields' office, Brina and Nolan because they went out of their way for me and my family. Brina helped me secure new homeowners insurance promptly, before my payment was subject to DOUBLE, because my previous insurance company tanked and my mortgage company responds with trying to install a new policy without my permission or my consent. Brina personally called the Mortgage company and handled the Escrow account and policy changes on my behalf. As if that wasnt a flex enough, she offered me a better rate for car insurance.....So yeah, they're good. Last but certainly not least we got Nolan, I had the pleasure of meeting Nolan in person when he drove nearly 3 hours to meet me at my home to secure a "wet signature" to amend a life insurance policy that I was looking into getting for my family. There was a bit of a hiccup during the underwriting with the logistics of the mail delivery system and some concerns about the questionnaire and how that would affect the policy. Nolan worked with the underwriting team and myself to get the life insurance policy signed and back to the office before the deadline......by physically driving for nearly 6 hours to do so. Long story short, I just got lucky is all and now my mortgage is reasonable, Im saving a hundred bucks on car insurance and now I feel more secure than ever knowing my family will be taken care of. Just blessed that Karen's office called me first and blessed to have these fine people in my corner, Brina and Nolan, thanks for going out of your way. -Vic"

She delayed processing of the life insurance policy, was rude, and generally decided since she was also unhappy with us that she would make things as difficult as possible. Even asking for a copy of the obituary which she could have easily gotten offline if she really needed it. (That is only one small example of many.) We changed to another local agent who has been awesome."
